Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Verity Lam EP200MMD 853-704360-001-E3 853704360001E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Victor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the PBD65S4066CT51H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DG4S4016CB60S324 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR450E580 by Manufacturer Victor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pmc Brand 16521 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Victoreen such as 911148 equipment made by Victoreen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Victoreen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Victoreen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EHAPID201A10 made by Vickers as well as the popular 000023466001 original spares produced by Versatec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EEAPAM525A32 by Vickers and 911148 spares by Victoreen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
